Damages and Issues

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at komalgulabanilabel@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
We will assess the issue and determine a resolution at our discretion.
