1. Delivery Timeline

• Orders will be processed based on product availability and will be delivered within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• To ensure a perfect fit, we require accurate measurements from you before production. Please share your measurements with us via WhatsApp at the time of purchase.
• Any delays due to inaccurate measurements or lack of communication from the customer will not be the responsibility of Komal Gulabani Label.

2. Pricing Policy

• Our product prices are determined by the time and craftsmanship invested in creating each piece.
• The final price reflects the effort, fabric quality, embroidery, and detailing required for the garment.
• Custom orders or modifications may be subject to additional charges based on complexity and time required.
